Poor quality control

ELEVEN pieces were missing from a desk I ordered. When we figured this out, I was one day shy of the 30 day warranty. IF their customer service had answered their phone, I might have gotten pieces sent to me. Now I have $300 in pressed wood that I can't do anything with!

Ordered a desk for my son. ELEVEN PIECES MISSING!! "Customer service" is a joke. Email sent to NaomiHome but was answered by OJcommerce, who then refers you back to NaomiHome. No one answers the phone even though messages were left and their voice mail says they'll call you back.

Horrible customer service

Received this as a gift a while ago. Opened today to assemble and there is no hardware or instructions.

Called to see if I could purchase hardware and they said no. They told me that I would have to go to the nearest store and purchase a whole new one because they don't have hardware. The instructions I was able to pull up online and doesn't show the sizes of any hardware I would need.

The gentleman then told me that I should take the item to my local hardware store and they could help me figure it out. I was then told to contact the person who I received it from (recently deceased) to get the order number.

I ordered a mirror but it was defective. Then I ordered a replacement which was list in transit. Even though it never shipped. Then I was told there would not be any resolution to the defective mirror and they didnt have any more to replace it with.

We ordered a futon from Amazon. The item arrived but with no screws to attach the legs.

8 screws... I emailed to see if we could some sent. They asked for the Amazon order number. I provided it...even screen shots...

they said they could not find it. I asked if they could give me the size of the screws, after providing the order #, the details including the model and item number. I was willing to make the trip. Round and round...cannot give me the screw size without an order number (one they can find).

They told me to go to the hardware store.

I am willing but I need to know what size screws to purchase. They are recessed into the frame so I cannot easily determine the size unless I cart the large futon frame into the hardware store and try screws until one fits or buy screws of every size... Certainly it would be easier if they could find out the size and email me back?

Months of this nonsense. Thankfully, Amazon has given a refund.

Poor service

Ordered a lift recliner due to upcoming surgery, was ordered on 10/29/23 supposed to be delivered by 11/6/23 tracking said it was running late every day then said if not by the 10th we could get a refund. Now they say it's still going to be delivered. Called FedEx they said they haven't received information and they have never had the chair. Can only assume I've been ripped off. Terrible company, buy at your own risk

When ordered from Amazon it was not what I expected so I returned it for a refund. When arranging the refund thru Amazon it free return, but Naomi Home took almost half of the refund for shipping paid $237.44 refunded $132.26. If I knew that they were going to rip me off I would have kept them and gave them away
